কাজের বিবরণ ও দায়িত্ব

1. Design, implement, and maintain the organization's local area network (LAN) and wide area network (WAN).
2. Configure and manage network devices such as routers, switches, and firewalls (Cisco, Mikrotik, etc.)
3. Implement and manage protocols such as BGP, OSPF, MPLS, and others as needed.
4. Ensure network scalability, redundancy, and high availability.
5. Implement security best practices to protect the network and systems from threats and vulnerabilities.
6. Investigate and resolve network-related issues, providing technical support and expertise.
7. Monitor network and system performance, identifying and addressing bottlenecks and inefficiencies.
8. Optimize network and system configurations for maximum performance and reliability.
9. Create and maintain documentation of network and system configurations, procedures, and policies.
10. Share knowledge and provide training to team members.

• Minimum B.Sc in CSE/ETE/EEE/ECE or Diploma in CSE/ETE/EEE/ECE or equivalent from any reputed university or institution

1. Proven experience in network administration.
2. Strong knowledge of networking protocols, security, and best practices.
