কাজের বিবরণ ও দায়িত্ব

1. Implementation of Mold & Die Operation and storing SOP.
2. Co-ordinating with R&D and Mold & Die Maintenance regarding any mold related issues.
3. Looking after mold, Die condition, lifetime and scheduling preventive maintenance when necessary.
4. Mold, Die productivity analysis to meet demand forecast and ordering backup molds.
5. Keeping track of all molds & Dies and maintaining proper documents.
6. Monitor and manage the work assignments and personnel for the Plastic Manufacturing department.
7. Monitor and assist with the establishment of tool samples and design experiments for new and existing molds & Dies.
8. Any other task assigned by in-charge/HOD regarding mold & Die issues.

• Minimum B.Sc. in ME or IPE from any reputed University.

অতিরিক্ত শর্ত

1. Candidates must have practical work experience in Mold & Die related works.
2. Coordinate and implement standard processes for tooling, molding, and process controls between company molding locations.
3. Experience having design and development of mold and die will advantages.
4. Tool room experience will add a value.
5. Mold & Die related preventive maintenance experience, Production analysis and forecasting capability.
6. Smart in Budget, Excel and Reporting.
7. Team leading capability.
