Job Description / Responsibility
1. Investigate any type of crime within or against company.
2. Investigate any type of complain or allegation regarding disciplinary or grievance issues.
3. Investigate other potential fraudulent claims that becomes apparent.
4. Investigate any type of irregularities that hampers in smooth production.
5. To make appropriate recommendation for designing and implementing programs to prevent fraudulent/irregular activities and to recover any incurred losses.
6. Preparing investigation reports accordingly and taking approval from superior authority.
7. Presenting report to enquiry board/Counsel and taken the final approval from Management
8. Deliver the approval order to concern authority and ensure the execution within timeframe.
9. Deal with law enforcement agencies when case has to file to local law enforcement authority.

1. Must have a vast knowledge of Bangladesh Labor Law-2006 and Labor Act-2015.
2. Quick learner and strong communication skills are highly required.
3. Strong analytical skills and skilled in fact finding will get preference.
4. Strong computer knowledge, especially in MS excel is mandatory.
5. Candidate should have the ability to flawlessly multi-task and thrive under pressure and deadlines.
