1.Production planning and scheduling.
2.Supervision of Printing & Packaging Production.
3. Making sure that product is produced on time and is of good quality.
4.Monitoring the production processes and adjusting schedules as needed
5.Ensuring that health and safety guidelines are followed.
6.Supervision and motivating a team of workers.
7.To increase productivity in all machines by proper planning and better output without effecting the quality of the products.

• Minimum Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from any reputed polytechnic institute

1. Candidates having Offset printing & packaging experience will get preference.
2. Eager to work in night & day shift.
3. Should have good communication skill.
4. Should be proactive, innovative and energetic.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & Power point) application.
6. Excellent time management skill.
