Job Description / Responsibility

Conduct research, planning and implementing new projects and development of new products.
Innovate policies and production processes required for manufacturing of new products.
Developing cost effective and competitive products.
Troubleshoot processing problem to find out root causes.
Building cost effective and alternative suppliers for all raw materials like additives, fillers and pigments etc.
To resolve any quality complaint issue.
Documenting all the research work and preserving the documents in organized manner.
Any work assigned by higher management.
