কাজের বিবরণ ও দায়িত্ব

To manage & supervision the production process of IT products manufacturing project.
To prepare production plan along with HOD of Production.
To ensure smooth execution of production according to plan.
To optimize existing production system, reduce cost, increase production efficiency.
To calculate worker productivity, efficiency, determine and implement the improvements of the production process.
To ensure the quality of the product in production & implement 5S, KAIZEN & LEAN, etc.
To analyze market demand & price, competitor product analysis.
To report (weekly & monthly) work progress to the supervisor or management
To carry out any other tasks given by the management.

• Minimum B.Sc in Engineering from any reputed University.

Proven work experience in production management.
Applicants should have sound knowledge of Digital & IT products.
Applicants must have good leadership and negotiation skills.
Good communication skills & sunny personality.
