Job Description / Responsibility
1. Able to run Oracle-HRMS software.
2. Train others to execute their work in HRMS Software.
3. Has to perform day to day HR operations.
4. Identifying Training and Development needs within an organization through job analysis.
5. Resolve employee grievance, stress in a proactive manner.
6. Ensure proper implementation of policies, rules and regulations of the company.
7. Maintain the records of daily attendance/leave and report to appropriate authority.
8. Maintaining Recruitment and Selection procedure.
