Job Description / Responsibility
Attending inbound and outbound customer calls
Giving customer service over the phone
Receiving customer complaint and forwarding the complaint to concern dept.
To provide product information to the customer
Listening and understanding of customers complaint and have to provide suitable solutions to customers
To follow up after sales service related email and replying the email from customers

Good command on office applications (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook etc.)
Must have to good communication skill on Bangla and English with proper accent
Being able to work in shift & willing to work in Govt. holidays
Good interpersonal, analytical skill, problem solving, leadership skill as well as organizational skills.
Must have to multiple tasking ability
Candidate will also be patient and cool-tempered to deal with aggressiveness and complaints
Able and willing to work under pressure and meet the challenges.
