কাজের বিবরণ ও দায়িত্ব

• After receiving order check for stock and inventory
• Inform inventory in-charge to prepare and pack order
• Follow-up on order delivery with logistics in-charge
• Inform team about any stock out product order and take actions accordingly
• Make sure of processing all orders timely and clear cart accordingly
• Update system on daily basis on order delivered, cancelled, COD collection
• Handover all COD collection amount to finance accordingly
• Follow up with Plaza concern on daily order processing, financial reconciliation.

• Minimum Masters/Bachelor of Science (BSc)/MBA/BBA/BSc Engineering

অভিজ্ঞতা

• Minimum    2  Year/s

অতিরিক্ত শর্ত

• Minimum graduate with 2 years of experience in e-commerce or 3PL order management
• Good in MS Excel
• Willing to work from both Factory (Gazipur) and Dhaka corporate office
• Ability to work intelligently.
