কাজের বিবরণ ও দায়িত্ব

1.Watch over and organize the daily operations of own project. In addition, make sure that is running smoothly, quickly, efficiently and safely.
2.To communicate with R&D, QC, Planning, IE and Inventory regarding daily operation issues and Give instruction to production team members.
3.To analyze BOM and collecting raw materials from store through BOM quantity and Oracle functionality and handover the finished goods to Logistics.
4.To analyze SOP, design work layout and ensure production according to plan.
5.To ensure maximum production by efficient processes.
6.To train the workforces of own project.
7. Repair of QC faults.
8. Manage maintenance and other utility supporting team.
9. To coordinate with other departments for daily operations.
10. To assist for Pre Assembly functionality check.
11. Follow necessary safety regulations, applicable work instructions, operating procedures, method statements, etc.
12.Share daily report to superior & factory operations team

2.Experienced on Production or Operation in Electronic Industry.
3.Capability to work under pressure.
