Responsible for Soft PVC Compounding formulation development.
Trouble shooting of Compounding & Extrusion project.
Optimization of price and material consumption.
Inclusion of new process and development of existing process.
To work on development of new suppliers of raw material.
To analyse raw materials and their applications.
To perform research and development on Soft PVC Compounding developments.
Responsible for all kinds of raw materials storing according to the standard.
To follow up proper lab testing of materials as per requirement.
To perform any other type of special assignments which may be assign by the management from time to time.

Have good motivational skill and leading capacity.
