Job Description / Responsibility
Collaborate with the HRBP team to implement employee engagement programs and surveys.
Interview calling (Below officers).
Arranging daily interview & keeping record of interview & maintaining CV bank.
Assist in onboarding new hires to ensure a seamless experience.
Act as a point of contact for employees to address queries related to policies, payroll, benefits and other HR-related matters.
Assist the HRBP and leadership team in executing strategic HR projects such as workforce planning, diversity initiatives and change management.
Monitor employee attendance, including leave, short leave, and overtime records.
Assist to HRBP to manage the resignation process, including exit interviews.
Oversee final clearance processes and ensure farewell gifts are arranged.
Monitor production floors to ensure employee safety and compliance with safety standards.
Assist in conducting disciplinary actions when necessary, ensuring adherence to company policies.
