Job Description / Responsibility

Hire Sales Monitoring directly in responsible area. Develop and monitoring hire sales & increase hire receivable in responsible area as per company Policy.
Monitoring Hire collection and control overdue of responsible area.
Analyze and make plan for hire sales and take effective strategies to achieve target as well as reporting daily, weekly and monthly sales activities as market status to higher authority.
Check Hire operational document, hire deed form, Checking Card to ensure sales properly and observe Credit/Hire Sales level that no bad accounts (sales) are open.
Monitoring and process revert product, return product, damage product for sales adjustment.
Dealer credit control as per company policy, motivate and monitoring them not to became as a sick dealer by increasing public relationship in assigned area.
Maintain regular communication with Head of the Credit monitoring department and following instruction to ensure company policy.
