Job Description / Responsibility

1. Design & develop Advanced progressive die
2. Develop Transfer Die system for prescribed Product
3. Design & develop Hi Speed Fin Press & lamination Progressive Dies
4. Process development of the dies manufacturing unit
5. Creating detailed 3D and 2D design of different types of Die
6. Calculating weight and material requirements for Die development.
7. Modifying structural parts according to requirements.
8. Working with Sheet Metal parts.
9. Preparing assembly instructions for Die structural parts.
10. Preparing bill of materials (BOM).
11. Innovative technology adoption.
12. Coordination with all other department for handover related issues.

Educational Requirements

• Minimum BSc./Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from any reputed university/institute.

Experience Requirements

• Minimum    8  Year/s

Additional Job Requirements

1. Must have experience on Refrigerator, AC, TV, Home appliances etc. sheet metal Die design
2. Product design experience with Solidworks, Siemens NX, AutoCAD etc.
3. Sound knowledge on Sheet Metal Dies.
4. Good Microsoft Office skill.
5. Hard working and enthusiasm
