Job Description / Responsibility
1. To assist to prepare job description & job specification for job circulation on bdjobs and others job site.
2. To support for operational activities of Recruitment & Selection area in terms of Job Posting, CV sorting, updating interview database, maintaining files of different units, etc
3. To arrange, conduct & process employees Recruitment & Selection
4. To conduct background checks and verify identity.
5. To maintain all data records papers in relation to Recruitment & Selection.
6. To maintain the employee& personal file with all related papers as up-dated.
7. To maintain & prepare employee new recruitment list for every running month.
8. Plan and direct recruitment & selection of new workforce as well as new employee orientation.
9. Issuing appointment letter &employee placement.

2. Must have proven work experience on HRM

5. Must have adequate knowledge of relevant labor laws and best practices.
