Job Description / Responsibility
To perform an effective recruitment & selection process including receiving manpower requisition, performing Internal Sourcing, posting Online Advertisement, sorting CV, Coordinating interview session, final selection and placement.
To prepare and ensure Job posting in various sources.
To ensure all departmental organogram, CV screening, shortlisting and communicating to potential candidates.
To arrange written test, computer test, ability test, interview, negotiation and finalizing offer.
To ensure reference/ background check.
To ensure on boarding and joining formalities.
To update recruitment related database and calendar.
To prepare job description for all positions.
Develop and guide team to ensure an effective recruitment system.
To have capacity to recruit multi-functional employees.
To maintain and revise recruitment policy time to time when necessary.
Understanding of effective recruitment methodologies and tools.
To perform any other activities assigned by the management.
