Job Description / Responsibility
1. Stablish Sales channel (Exclusive Distributor, IT distributor, Mobile Distributor).
2. Fixing the sales and collection target and Confirming the target achievement through monitoring DNSM, DSM, TSM and other sales people.
3. Supervising all promotional and marketing activities with precise planning.
4. Enhance display at all types of sales outlet and channels.
5. Ensure brand promoter and sales persons at distributor end.
6. Develop and implement effective sales strategies and confirming the distributorship as per the zone.
7. Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts and lead the team with it.
Additional Job Requirements
1. Have the ability to lead a team with techniques and disciplines of sales, sales management, and marketing communications.
2. Depth knowledge of managing a high-performance sales team.
3. Basic knowledge on IT Products.
4. Amicable and leadership skills, good presentation experience.
5. Able to understand and manage product line, customer and pricing.
