Job Description / Responsibility
1. To develop and implement effective sales strategies.
2. To develop field sales action plans and advertising to accomplish marketing and sales goals
3. To research and capitalize on different marketing opportunities to improve product marketability and profitability.
4. To anticipate new opportunities to maintain relationship with important clients.
5. To establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts.
6. To negotiate and close agreements with large customers and to manage oversee the daily operations of the sales department.
7. To monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements.
8. To prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts.
9. To develop growth strategies for current markets, identify new potential customers and new market opportunities.
10. To provide timely and effective solutions aligned with clients' needs.
11. To liaise with marketing and product development departments to ensure brand consistency.
12. To expand business network around the world and to keep abreast of new product launches and ensure sales team members are on board.
13. To manage territory restrictions, compliance and local law and trade practices.
14. To carry out any other tasks given by the management.

8. Able to understand and manage product line, customer and pricing.
9. Familiarity with the industry and products preferred.
10. Conversant with and effective in the techniques and disciplines of sales, sales management, and marketing communications.
11. Able to lead and motivate others to ever higher levels of achievement.
