Job Description / Responsibility
Develop and ensure that company's HR strategy, policy and practices are understood and applied fairly and effectively.
Ensure -plan, recruitment, training, development & maintenance of HR issues.
Facilitation and co-ordination of the performance review and employee development programs.
Maintenance & Implement of tasks related to services to employees including attendance, leaves and absenteeism etc.
To monitor that all HR related data, records, reports, formats, statement & files.
Any other tasks assigned by management.
Additional Job Requirements
Candidate must have computer hardware & software related basic knowledge.
Must have problem solving capabilities.
