Job Description / Responsibility
To develop HR policies and strategies aligned with the organization's functional strategy.
To analyze the effectiveness of HR procedures and tools
To ensure HR plans are align with corporate mission and business objectives
To monitor, review and improve the effectiveness of HR processes, policies and procedures.
To ensure HR policies and procedures are compliant with the law and good HR practices.
To review compensation and benefits according to periodical local/MNC's market survey.
To establish, control and follow-up a modern/industry standard corporate administration policies and implementation.
To develop, update and Implement a comprehensive service rule in compliance with Labour Act, Labour Rule and other industry specific standards and compliance
To develop and implement a suitable performance appraisal system
To develop and implement an annual agenda for HR strategy in line with the business plan.
To ensure HR plans support the needs of the business but are also flexible enough to cope with changes in the organization, as and when they occurred.
To design the employee benefit and compensation program of the group.
To develop and implement HR policies and procedures or SOPs complying with local Laws in line with organizational objectives.
To manage salary and wages administration as per company policy.
To formulate career development plans & proper succession planning for the group
To perform any other duties as assigned by the management from time to time.
Additional Job Requirements
Strong knowledge on Labour law 2006 & Labour Rules 2015
Good command in both written and spoken English
Good inter-personal & communication skills
Good team player, well-organized, initiative and detail oriented.
